Care & Usage Instructions
• Not compatible with all-metal induction systems. May not work on gas stoves with “Si” safety sensors.
• Boiling time varies depending on the induction system. Place the pot at the center of the stove.
• When using induction (200V), keep heat at medium or low. Do not use the lid on induction — it may
interfere with the temperature sensor.
• Do not use the pot in the dishwasher.
• Not suitable for frying or sautéing. Never heat when empty.
• Always hold the pot with both hands; it is heavy. Use oven mitts when hot.
• Do not place directly on a table when hot — use a trivet. Avoid contact with cold or wet surfaces while
hot to prevent cracking.
• Avoid overfilling to prevent boiling over. Clean the bottom thoroughly after spills to avoid damaging
the heating element.
• If burning occurs, simmer with water and baking soda (1 tbsp), let cool, then clean with a melamine
sponge.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Wash gently and dry immediately after use.
• Always store in a dry place.
